“Prommetsplav” LLC is continuously updating its production equipment and use the most innovative raw material processing technologies. The company has three highly technological melting complexes that allow producing above 1000 tons of grade aluminum per month.
Modern technological park permits to carry out high-quality preparation of raw material for the next melting. Aluminum scraps are melted in special gas rotor furnaces. To reduce waste of metal special fluxing agents are used to prevent contact of surface of metal with burner flame and to absorb non-metal inclusions of furnace charge.
At the next melting stage aluminum is brought to the required chemical composition and technological operations of melt finishing, degassing and filtering. Liquid metal is poured in different containers depending on specified size of ingot. A wide range of ingots weighing up to 500 kg are produced at our enterprise.
